Roles vary between Hospitality and Drive-Thru positions and include providing hospitality, taking orders, cashiering, assembling meals, and delivering orders. The Chick-fil-A Team Member role is unlike any other, as shown by our remarkable retention rate and Team Member satisfaction. No experience is necessary. Applicants will also be expected to work on their feet for several hours at a time. Prior experience is preferred but not necessary.

• Verify cash-handling accuracy as required
• Are a legal citizen of the United States
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Are at least 16 years of age
• Are willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs
• Have reliable transportation

Appearance Standards

As a Team Member of Chick-fil-A Bend, you will be expected to adhere to these appearance standards at all times:

• No fashion-dyed hair
• No facial piercings. Only a plain stud is allowed in one nostril (no jewels)
• Ears may be pierced; all jewelry must be plain studs (no jewels, hoops, or dangles)
• Hair must be kept neat and out of the face at all times
• Beards may be up to 0.25” in length; in the kitchen, a beard net must be worn at all times
• Nails must remain a natural length and not be visible from the underside of the hand. Nail gel is allowed but must be approved colors, and gloves must be worn at all times
• No jewelry is permitted on the wrists; rings must be plain bands, and necklaces must remain tucked under your uniform at all times
